Family Medicine at Cranston Park Medical Clinic
Your medical home for all ages, all stages of life in Vaughan
At Cranston Park Medical Clinic, our Family Medicine team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, comprehensive primary care to you, your children, and your whole family. Located in Vaughan, Ontario, we believe in building long-term health relationships, not just treating symptoms, but empowering you to thrive.
Why family medicine matters?
Family medicine is the cornerstone of good health: your family physician is the one you turn to for preventive care, illness management, chronic condition support, and everything in between. In Ontario, having a family doctor supports continuity of care and helps to reduce hospital visits and fragmentation of services.
At our clinic, we embrace this approach: we get to know you, understand your health history, your lifestyle, your goals, so that our care is tailored to you.
