- You will be triaged to assess your condition and help prioritise care.
- You will be seen by a physician, depending on your issue; they will assess, diagnose and formulate a treatment plan.
- If appropriate, we may order tests, imaging or refer you on; if you are a patient of our family medicine service, we’ll connect your visit with your ongoing care plan.
- You’ll receive instructions for follow-up care, prescriptions (or pharmacy referral) and advice on returning if needed.

If you are already registered with our family medicine team, yes, we’ll have your records and previous history. If not, our physician will obtain the relevant information during your visit.
Do you provide prescriptions on site?
Yes. If medication is needed we will issue a prescription and can direct you to our onsite pharmacy for convenience.
How long will I wait?
Wait times vary by volume and severity of cases. We prioritize patients based on need, with urgent issues seen first. For less urgent matters you may be asked to return or schedule a regular appointment.
